Garth Moran
Garth has decades of global HR experience, having held key leadership roles in the software, manufacturing and finance industries. He is a subject matter expert in all areas of the HR discipline and is known for driving both strategic and operational enterprise-wide programs to on-time completion and within budget. He has a vast array of global merger and acquisition experience as the HR leader conducting due diligence as well as driving post-acquisition integration initiatives.

Garth has traveled for work extensively in the U.S., Europe, Asia and South America. He previously ran his own successful consulting practice, focusing on emerging start up software companies.

Garth has an undergraduate degree from The University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Boston College.
​
Outside of work he is an outdoor enthusiast, planning family vacations to many parts of the world including Japan, South Africa, Alaska and Iceland.

Jennifer DeFrancisco
Jen is a seasoned HR professional with over 18 years of experience in the manufacturing and engineering industries. Jen has a strong background in all facets of human resources and is passionate about developing programs that align with company culture, foster a sense of community, and drive career growth.

Jen excels in managing and implementing strategic programs designed to enhance the employee experience. Recognized for a proactive, results-oriented approach, Jen is dedicated to aligning key business goals with HR strategies to drive organizational success and growth by collaborating closely with the Leadership Team.

Jen holds an MBA and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Rivier University.
Beyond her professional life, she’s an avid runner and enjoys staying active. Jen also takes great joy in watching her son play ice hockey and lacrosse.

Jen has recently been recognized as one of the top fifty women leaders in New Hampshire by Women We Admire.
